On June 25 2015, Emmanuel Mastromanolis, Assistant Professor of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and partner with Zepos & Yannopoulos, participated in an event organized by EDIPKA (Association of Consumer Protection Law) as speaker. The topic of his presentation focused on the notion of “material distortion of consumers’ transactional decisions” in the context of unfair commercial practices, pursuant to Directive 2005/29/EC and Greek implementing legislation (Law 2251/94, as amended).
