Katerina Vagia is a member of our tax practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2009 and first joined our firm in the same year. As from 2011 she worked for four (4) years for the International Tax Services department of a Big 4 accounting firm in Frankfurt, Germany, during which she has gained extensive experience in international tax planning for multinational companies, restructuring projects involving cross-border transactions and CFC taxation.

Katerina focuses on corporate taxation, M&A taxation, double taxation treaties and European tax law. She regularly advises on a broad range of issues of corporate taxation, including matters relevant to the establishment, financing, operation and restructuring of multinationals’ Greek subsidiaries. Katerina is also involved in advising foreign companies on permanent establishment and other issues related to the application of double taxation treaties or issues of European tax law. In addition, she has experience in advising multinational companies on transfer pricing issues that concern their local subsidiaries, including the compilation of transfer pricing documentation. 

Katerina is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek, English and German.
