Mary Deligianni is a member of our corporate commercial practice group. She joined our firm in 2003 and was admitted to the Piraeus Bar in 2004. 

Mary supports corporate clients on several issues relating to their establishment and to their day-to-day operation, including the drafting of commercial contracts, dispute resolution arising from their related activities, as well as advice on general compliance and regulatory issues. She also specializes in data protection, intellectual property and real estate law. 

With respect to data protection in particular, Mary has developed significant expertise considerably contributing to the development of the firm’s data protection practice group. Her advice pertains to novel and complex issues ranging from whistle-blowing schemes, creditworthiness controls, biometric databases, internal investigations and marketing and profiling activities, while she often contributes to the formation of the regulatory practice. 

In addition, Mary deals with consumer law and e-commerce issues. She has also worked with multinational luxury goods retailers representing and defending them before the Courts on issues related to trademark protection and anti-counterfeit issues. Lastly, Mary advises real estate companies and private clients on a wide array of real estate and inheritance law issues.

Mary is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek and English.
