  • Stavros Niarchos Foundation for the purchase of the Foundation premises in Athens, consisting of a building in the center of Athens
  • Stavros Niarchos Foundation on the largest grant currently made to the Greek State – regarding the construction of one of the most significant development projects in Greece: the Greek National Opera and the National Library
  • One Mission Society Inc., a US based not-for-profit religious corporation, in the disposal off its building in Greece
  • Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a worldwide organization with headquarters in the U.S.A., in various legal and tax issues ranging from their lawful establishment in Greece to all issues pertaining to their ongoing operations in Greece (employment, financing, real estate, etc.)
  • “Hara”, the Institution for Individuals with Special Needs, in connection with the taxation of fees involving inmates' hospitality and care and other day-to-day tax issues
  • Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) with respect to its local organization
  • Ashoka Organization, the largest network of social entrepreneurs worldwide, in connection with its establishment in Greece (pro bono legal support)

  • a foreign not-for-profit organization in connection with the classical trust initiative for cultural projects in Greece
  • Stichting Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam on issues relating to art collection loan agreements
  • Athens Concert Hall on various tax related issues (VAT, income tax and tax controversy)
  • Benaki Museum on property and donation related issues
  • Documenta und Museum Fridericianum Veranstaltungs-GmbH in Kassel (Germany), which is considered one of the world's largest and most prestigious contemporary art events, in connection with their establishment/activities in Greece.
C. Foreign private educational institutions and Greek private schools
  • a US not-for-profit corporation on the structuring, conclusion and implementation of an unprecedented scheme of strategic alliance with ALBA Graduate Business School, the leading Greek graduate business school with the ultimate goal of full integration of the two institutions. Our work comprised the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of agreements (cooperation, IP licensing, services, security), provision of regulatory, tax and legal support
  • University of Indianapolis on issues relating to the closing down of its Greek campus and especially employment related issues
  • I.M Panagiotopoulos, one of the largest Greek private schools, on issues relating to their leased premises and relocation alternatives, terms of cooperation with the British Council in connection with educational programs and tuition issues, as well as litigation
  • Trinity College with respect to tax and legal issues regarding conduct of examinations in Greece
  • the civil law association of the Friends of Hill School in connection with real estate tax compliance formalities following the donation of a building consisting of school premises and its subsequent lease to Hill School
