Zepos & Yannopoulos sponsors the 3rd Competition Law Conference organized by Nomiki Bibliothiki which will be held on May 10th in Athens. The conference will deal with Antitrust law-key developments, Enforcement, judicial review and ADR, Competition law enforcement and “side effects” in other areas of law, State Aid Law – trends and aspects. Our partner, Professor Manos Mastromanolis, will make a presentation on Damage actions Directive – transposition into the Greek law. 

Emmanuel Mastromanolis contributes as speaker to European Commission's training of Greek judges

Emmanuel Mastromanolis, partner of our firm and Assistant Professor at the Law School of the University of Athens participated as speaker in an intensive competition law training session for Greek judges sponsored by the European Commission’s DG Competition and organized by the Academy of European Law (ERA)  at the National School of Judges (Thessaloniki) between 3 and 5 April 2019.

Speech at a conference entitled “Cartel and Law - Contemporary competition policy tools"

Emmanuel Mastromanolis, partner, head of our Competition practice group, was a speaker at the Conference co-organised by the Greek Legal Publisher “Nomiki Bibliothiki” and the Greek economic portal “Εconomia” and devoted to the topic of “Cartel and Law - Contemporary competition policy tools". His presentation analysed the topic of Succession of Liability for Competition Law Infringements – from the infringer to the liable entity.

Speech on MFN clauses

On February 9, 2016, Stefanos Charaktiniotis, Lecturer at the Aegean University  (Business Administration Department) and senior associate with Zepos & Yannopoulos, participated in an event organized by EMEOD (HELLENIC SCHOLARS’ ASSOCIATION OF COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS LAW) as speaker. The topic of his presentation focused on MFN clauses and horizontal effects.
