Athina Skolarikou, partner, was a keynote speaker at the workshop organized by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (“SEV”) on the new legal framework governing Sociétés Anonymes. Athina summarized the key aspects of the new law, which will enter into force on 1 January 2019 and identified points that Greek companies should watch out for and potentially implement during 2019.
