We are proud to announce that our client, UCI GREECE CREDIT AND LOAN RECEIVABLES SERVICING COMPANY S.A., a 100% subsidiary of Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios (UCI), acquired a license by the Bank of Greece to offer loan management services under the framework of Greek law 4354/2015 on servicing platforms. UCI is an originator of residential mortgages authorised by the Bank of Spain.
The successful efforts of the UCI teams and its external advisors take Greece one step closer to attaining the focal objective of addressing Greek NPLs.
