Zepos & Yannopoulos acted for Barclays, Goldman Sachs, UBS, JP Morgan, NatWest Markets and Commerzbank as Joint Lead Managers for the issuance by Eurobank of a 3-year €500 million conditional pass through covered bond at 2.90% yield. The transaction marks Eurobank’s return to the international capital markets, its first since 2014 and received strong interest from international and domestic investors with the order book being more than 2 times oversubscribed and international institutional investors accounting for 85% of the total participation.
Allen & Overy acted as international counsel to the Joint Lead Managers.
