European Investment Summit

On 11 October 2017, Christina Papanikolopoulou, partner, joined a panel of law experts discussing NPLs in the 4th Edition European Investment Summit organized in Athens by the DCC Financial Group. The summit was attended by the full spectrum of market players, investors, advisors, servicers, auditors and law firms and the panel touched upon the latest developments in the Greek NPL framework covering both operational and regulatory aspects in the industry. Christina, alongside her fellow panelists from other Athens based law firms, contributed her insight on the trends and weaknesses of the recently established legal framework based on our firms involvement in a series NPL transactions and/or servicer licensing operations since the enactment of the new law.
