Our firm participated in the 5th International Arbitration Conference, that took place on June 28. Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis, partner and head of our dispute resolution practice participated as speaker in a panel discussion on the Modernization of the Greek regulatory framework for arbitration, focusing on the interrelation with existing case law.
The conference, organised by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI and EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization, brought together distinguished representatives of the arbitration field from Greece and abroad for a lively discussion on dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation.
