On June 13, Manos Mastromanolis, partner of Zepos & Yannopoulos, Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Athens and member of the legislative committee that drafted the law of corporate transformations participated at an event on this law, co-organised by The Greek Commercial Jurists Association and the Greek Tax Law & Fiscal Studies Association.
In his speech, Manos explored the boundaries of the new law vis-à-vis Greek tax legislation.
The event was dedicated to the memory of late Leonidas Georgopoulos.
