Emmanuel Mastromanolis, partner, head of our Competition practice group, was a speaker at the Conference co-organised by the Greek Legal Publisher “Nomiki Bibliothiki” and the Greek economic portal “Εconomia” and devoted to the topic of “Cartel and Law - Contemporary competition policy tools". His presentation analysed the topic of Succession of Liability for Competition Law Infringements – from the infringer to the liable entity.
