Trademark litigation | Significant win for our dispute resolution and accounting teams

Through an important decision of the Multi-Member Court of First Instance, our firm, and in particular our dispute resolution and accounting teams working together, secured a win for our client, one of the most valuable luxury brands of the world, regarding a trademark infringement lawsuit, by producing persuasive evidence which led the Court to award to our client compensation for the unauthorized use of its trademarks through the sale of counterfeit products. The participation of our accounting team in the support of the claim was critical, as it prepared a detailed technical report determining reasonable royalty damages that was presented before the Court and was adopted by the latter in most part.
