Triathlon Holding GmbH is a leading German producer of lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion battery systems with global presence, whereas Sunlight Group, a member of Olympia Group, is an international company specializing in innovative off-road mobility storage systems.
This transaction constitutes a landmark for the transformation of the global landscape of the off-road mobility and energy storage sectors. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals by the competent competition authorities.
