Zepos & Yannopoulos advised DECA Investments AIFM, the exclusive investment manager of Diorama II Investments RAIF SCA, a private equity fund based in Luxembourg, on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Odyssey Consultants Limited, one of the largest cybersecurity services providers in Greece and Cyprus. Odyssey Consultants has developed its own Threat and Vulnerability platform, ClearSkiesTM, recognized by Gartner as a top 20 SIEM solution worldwide. The investment aims to boost the company’s growth, mainly through the expansion of its operations in both existing and new markets.
Our firm, working closely with Chrysostomides Advocates & Legal Consultants on the Cyprus law matters of the project, assisted DECA on all aspects of the transaction, including the conduct of the legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of the transactional and ancillary documentation.
