Zepos & Yannopoulos acted as Greek counsel to the finance parties in relation to a certain funds senior financing and certain revolving bond loan facility agreements made available to Partners Group vehicles for the acquisition of Pharmathen.
We assisted the senior and super senior lenders in connection with the structuring and negotiations of the facility agreements and the Greek security package, on to the signing and financial closing.
