Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Italgas Group and assisted in the successful merger and corporate restructuring of the Greek subsidiaries of DEPA Infrastructure SA (DSOs) through the absorption by DEDA of EDA Thessalonikis-Thessalias and EDA Attikis. Our firm acted as the external legal counsel of the Group for the transaction, under the instructions - and with the active involvement of – the competent internal departments of Italgas and DEPA Infrastructure.
