Zepos & Yannopoulos acted for Lallemand, a privately owned Canadian multinational active in more than 50 countries, on its strategic collaboration with Zanae, in the field of production, sale and distribution of baking yeast in Greece.
The parties’ agreement enables Lallemand to further develop its presence in Greece while creating multiple synergies that will benefit both groups in furthering their business objectives going forward. Zepos & Yannopoulos advised on key matters relating to the collaboration, including the licensing of the Zanae brand for use on baking yeast products, and the negotiation of the contractual documentation.
