Zepos & Yannopoulos advised a large multinational Group on the acquisition of 100% of one of the most dynamic companies in the Greek recycling sector, offering a wide range of technologically advanced solutions for optimal solid urban waste management, including two state-of-the-art Material Recovery Facilities (MRF) in Fyli and Koropi, Attica. Our firm provided support from the preparatory stages of the transaction, including legal due diligence, to the execution of all transactional documentation.
