Zepos and Yannopoulos acted for the founders of Mc Chargers, the first Greek manufacturer of chargers for electric cars, in connection with the subscription for 51% in the company by Cosmos Aluminium, an aluminum extrusion leader across Europe. The establishment of the JV enables Mc Chargers to expand its operations and further enhance its R&D department and manufacturing capacity, while also contributing to the transition to greener sources of energy.
Our firm assisted the company’s founders throughout the transaction, including the drafting and negotiation of the transactional documentation and the completion of all corporate actions required in the context of the investment.
