Zepos & Yannopoulos acted for Nabtesco Technology Ventures LP, a technology venture capital fund, in its investment in the start-up company DeepSea Technologies Ltd. The maritime technology company that is based in Cyprus, and has a Greek subsidiary, specialises in vessel performance monitoring and optimization, was created by two young Greek Oxford and Cambridge graduates.
The investment will assist DeepSea’s further technological and product research, design, and development.
Our team assisted in the due diligence, advised in the formation of the shareholders’ agreement and all ancillary documentation regarding the investment, and coordinated the parties involved in the project (Cyprus advisors, Swiss manager of the Fund and DeepSea advisors). The project was led by Athina Skolarikou, partner and Antonis Giannakodimos, senior associate.
