Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Pradera in connection with the sale to a Greek REIC of its retail park in Thessaloniki, Greece, being one of the largest retail parks in Greece.

We assisted Pradera from the early preparatory stages of the transaction, namely from the stages of the tender process’ organization on to the preferred bidder selection and negotiations on the SPA and the full set of the rest of the transaction documents which included escrow arrangements and refinancing of senior cross-collateralised debt provided by a Greek systemic bank.
