After a decade of developing various popular extensions available on the WooCommerce.com marketplace, SomewhereWarm joined WooCommerce and became part of the larger Automattic family of prominent companies, such as WordPress.com, Tumblr and others. Our firm advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the transfer of key IP rights and the negotiation of all transactional agreements and ancillary documents, leading to a swift completion in September 2021.
