Zepos & Yannopoulos advised KEFALONIA FISHERIES, a key player in the aquaculture sector, on the acquisition of a newly established entity comprising divestment assets of NIREUS and SELONDA. The divestment formed part of the commitments towards the European Commission for the approval of the acquisition of NIREUS and SELONDA by AMERRA and MUBADALA through ANDROMEDA.
