We are pleased to announce that we have advised entities under the management of Bracebridge Capital, LLC, in connection with the tender process and the signing of a binding sale agreement for the acquisition of the Secured Corporate Portfolio of loans of a total book value of 2.1 billion Euros in the PQH’s Alphabet transaction for the sale of loan portfolios originated by Greek credit institutions under liquidation. The completion of the sale is subject to customary conditions precedent.
