Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Certis Belchim B.V. on the acquisition of a 30% stake in K&N Efthymiadis S.A. in the context of the restructuring of its activities in several jurisdictions as part of its strategic partnership with Redestos. Zepos & Yannopoulos assisted Certis Belchim B.V. in all Greek law aspects of the transaction including our involvement in the due diligence process, the negotiation of the transactional documentation as well as the successful closing of the transaction, while our firm also represented the parties before the Hellenic Competition Commission for the notification of the acquisition of joint control in K&N Efthymiadis S.A. by Certis Belchim B.V. and Redestos S.A.
