Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Hellenic Properties in the acquisition of a former industrial building located in Tavros, Attica, soon to be developed and upgraded into a green office building aspiring to qualify for LEED certification. This project also marks the first joint investment of the client with Sirec Energy.
Throughout this project, our firm’s involvement has proven vital in guiding our client through the intricacies of this transaction, involving among others, the settlement of the seller’s sizable debts and the efficient treatment of numerous tax and town-planning issues.
