Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Intrum Group on Piraeus Bank’s Sunrise II

We are very pleased to have advised Intrum AB and Intrum Hellas in relation to Sunrise II, another HAPS securitisation transaction originated by Piraeus Bank involving a retail and corporate NPE portfolio of €2.7 billion GBV. Intrum has agreed to purchase 44% of the mez and junior notes, subject to customary conditions precedent. Sunrise II is the fourth HAPS securitisation investment by Intrum AB, following Phoenix, Vega and Sunrise I and we are proud to have advised them on all four deals.
