Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Intrum Group on Piraeus Bank’s Sunrise III

We have advised Intrum AB and Intrum Hellas in relation to Sunrise III, the latest HAPS securitisation transaction originated by Piraeus Bank involving an NPE portfolio of €0.5 billion GBV. Intrum has agreed to purchase 44% of the mez and junior notes, subject to customary conditions precedent. The long-lasting cooperation between Intrum and Piraeus Bank already includes six similar HAPS securitisation transactions (Project Phoenix, Project Vega 1, Project Vega 2, Project Vega 3, Project Sunrise 1 and Project Sunrise 2) and we are proud to have advised the Intrum group on all of them.
