Zepos & Yannopoulos acted for the controlling shareholders of BONAPLAST S.A., active in the manufacturing and sale of plastic goods through privately owned production facilities, in relation to the sale of a majority stake in the company to SHALAM PACKAGING GROUP, a leading manufacturer of plastic containers with operations across the EU and the UK.
