Zepos & Yannopoulos is pleased to announce its role in advising AXIA Ventures Group Ltd, the global coordinator, and bookrunner, in the private placement of common voting shares for GEK TERNA S.A. The demand for the shares exceeded expectations, leading to the sale of an additional 1,000,000 shares to domestic and international institutional investors, bringing the aggregate shares on offer to 6 million.
