Zepos & Yannopoulos, in cooperation with the Greek Chapter of ACC Europe, hosted on 2 March 2017 an event addressed to in-house attorneys who participated in a dynamic and interactive tabletop exercise designed to foster collaboration and innovative problem-solving. Using hypothetical, scenario-based situations commonly faced by in-house counsels, in-house attorney participants, along with colleagues from Zepos & Yannopoulos who acted as facilitators, were divided into teams with the goal of discussing the scenario and brainstorming possible approaches to the set dilemmas, such as dealing with antitrust, data protection and corporate law matters as well as with issues of in-house counsels’ liability. The goal of this collective exercise was the interaction among the teams in sharing their proposed solutions, taking different approaches to the scenario from different perspectives, tapping into feedback from other teams, and stressing the value of the collective mind in reaching reasoned decisions and promoting cooperation between in-house and outside counsel.
