Our firm co-hosts the first physical event of Greece VYAP-Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners that will take place on our premises on October 17, at 7:30 pm and will bring together distinguished representatives of the arbitration field from Greece and abroad.
During Athens Arbitration Days, Greece VYAP - Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (VYAP) will hold an Oxford style debate on the new Greek Law for International Arbitration (L.5016/2023).
Asc. Professor Dimitris Babiniotis, partner and head of our dispute resolution practice, will participate in the debate, along with Athina Fouchard Papaefstratiou, Vasileios Regkakos and Georgios Fasfalis, addressing the critical amendments introduced by the last reform and their possible impact on the development of arbitration in Greece. The debate will be moderated by Stefanie G. Efstathiou, co-founder of Greece VYAP.
