The amendment bill was uploaded on the relevant site of the Greek Government (open.gov) on 6th August 2021 and contains 51 articles which introduce significant changes (substantive and procedural provisions, organization and independence matters). This bill aims to modernize the existing Act but also to harmonize it with the ECN+ Directive (Directive 2019/1). The public consultation has been extended till the 3rd September 2021.
