Our firm assisted in the 100% stake sale of the Greek group entity “Buongiorno Hellas Mobile Ltd” to the Spanish operator “¡Touch Spain Holdings S.L.” taking over control from “DOCOMO Digital”-entities, the NTT DOCOMO’s international mobile commerce-related business.
We advised in all aspects of the deal, including the share purchase and share transfer agreement and all other transactional documentation. Our team was led by partner Athina Skolarikou, in cooperation with associate Sofia Tzianoumi.
