Full Biography
Magda has been a member of our finance & capital markets group since 2020, specialising in financial transactions.
Her expertise includes project finance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), restructurings and refinancings, acting for both creditors and sponsors. Moreover, Magda advises Greek banks and international investors on structured finance transactions and non-performing loans sales.
Magda was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018.
