Zepos & Yannopoulos proudly supported the 14th Athens Tax Forum 2018, organised by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce on 19 April. Tax Partner Costas Kallideris shed light on Directors’ liabilities for company tax debts. Costas briefly presented the current framework on criminal and personal liabilities of directors and proposed revisions towards the rationalisation of the regime. Costas Kallideris is the author of the recently published book on Directors’ Liabilities for company tax debts and regularly handles dispute resolution cased in this field.
