We are currently seeking to fulfil the position of a Billing Assistant.
This is a full-time permanent role where you will be:
- Assist with general billing administration tasks, covering all aspects of the billing process, according to the company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare, check and process billing packages and generate proformas, send pre-bills and invoices to clients
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing queries and ensure account balances
- Send payment reminders to Clients
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Analyse and reconcile billing information
- Update billing records and maintain up-to-date clients’ billing statements
- Communicate situations as they arise that may require follow-up, such as rate issues, delays in billing, difficult requests, etc.
