Full Biography
Alexis is a member of our finance & capital markets group. Alexis focuses on banking, finance and capital markets, both from a transactional and from a regulatory perspective. He has been involved in a wide range of structured finance transactions from covered bonds to securitisations, including disposals of NPL portfolios. He regularly advises NPL servicers on the regulatory aspects of their business, from establishment and licensing to day-to-day operations. His work also includes compliance and regulatory advice to cross-border investors and funds, with respect to Greek capital markets and financial services regulations. In addition, he has a solid background on real estate and distressed debt management.
He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2014. Alexis is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
