Full Biography
Iasonas is a member of our firm’s energy practice group. His practice focuses on providing tailored legal and regulatory advice in a wide spectrum of issues arising throughout the life cycle of renewable energy and oil & gas projects. Iasonas is also regularly involved in complex M&A transactions in the energy sector as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation for the development and implementation of energy and construction projects.
He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2019 and joined our firm in 2024. Iasonas is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
