Full Biography
Matina is a member of our employment and labour practice. She advises the firm’s clients on day-to-day employment matters, including drafting of employment contracts, redundancies, working time, benefits in kind, assignment of personnel through temp-work agencies, health and safety requirements, and social security issues. She also advises on TUPE related issues, while she is often engaged in Legal Due Diligence projects. Before joining the firm, Matina was working as an associate in a Greek business law firm for six years. She focused on employment and labour issues from a consulting and litigation standpoint, having also handled various civil litigation cases for domestic and multinational clients.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2014 and she is qualified to practice before the Court of Appeals. She joined our firm in 2020.
