Full Biography

Olga Maria focuses on domestic and international commercial and civil dispute resolution. She advises and represents clients on a broad variety of disputes concerning distribution, agency, franchise and commercial lease agreements. She also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating such contracts, and regularly represents clients before the court on debt collection cases. Her private client practice includes estate planning projects for individuals of high net worth, as well as advisory work with respect to inheritance, family and real estate law.

Olga Maria has also been regularly involved in energy-related matters, having conducted several due diligence exercises concerning the purchase of photovoltaic plants and wind parks of high value in Greece. In addition, she participates in the negotiation and closing of energy deals. She is highly experienced in handling licensing procedures before the Greek Regulatory Authority of Energy and advising energy producers, suppliers and consumers on a vast range of electricity, RES and natural gas issues.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2010 and joined us in 2019. Olga Maria is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
