Full Biography
Sotiria is an international tax lawyer and a member of our Tax & Accounting practice. Sotiria specialises in corporate and international taxation, advising multinational companies on a wide range of tax matters. These include corporate restructurings, M&A, securitization and capital markets transactions. She regularly advised asset managers on the tax aspects of cross-border private equity, real estate and debt investment.
She has also gained significant experience in the tax structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds.
Prior to joining our firm, Sotiria held the position of Tax Associate at an International Law firm. Sotiria was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2024.
