Charikleia Vlastou is a member of our corporate commercial practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2006 and joined our firm as trainee lawyer in 2004.
Charikleia focuses on dispute resolution, real estate, corporate and commercial law. Her main practice area is dispute resolution where she specializes in the monitoring and administration of cases regarding enforcement proceedings (including research for moveable and assets, initiation of seizures and auctions and representing the clients in enforcement related litigation) as well as settlement of debts (including negotiation, drafting and execution of debt settlement and guarantee agreements). Accordingly she has extensive experience in advising both multinational and domestic entities on credit management and credit control mechanisms.
Charikleia also has significant experience in the setting up and operating of due diligence data rooms as well as in the exercise of due diligence on real estate assets both from the vendor’s and from the purchaser’s perspective, within the context of individual asset transfers as well as within the context of broader merger and acquisition procedures.
Last, Charikleia has experience in corporate law, regularly advising domestic and multinational corporations on company formation as well as on regulatory, commercial and general corporate issues, including the establishment and regulatory compliance of branches of foreign entities in Greece.
Charikleia is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek, English and French.
