Dr Constantine Sarantis is a senior partner of our firm. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1972 and joined the firm in 2001 after having served for seventeen years as chief legal counsel of an oil major. With a 40-year experience in the field, he is also one of the chief litigators of our firm who has built a fame in contentious Court hearings and witness cross-examinations. Some of the court judgments on cases he has handled constitute part of the accepted and quoted jurisprudence on a number of legal topics.
Constantine is co-head of the Private Clients practice group and provides advice to both Greek and international high net-worth individuals in relation to a wide variety of areas associated with family matters, succession, real estate, estate planning and management.
He currently sits on the Board of several companies and has broad experience in advising international companies on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues, including dispute resolution. He regularly handles litigation related to their local operation and business and has particular expertise in matters of Agency and Distribution, being also the head of the corresponding practice group of the firm.
Several of Constantine’s studies have been included in legal publications and he is a regular contributor to the respected Athens daily Kathimerini where his articles comment on current legal issues of wider interest.
