Evangelos Kitsakis is an associate of our corporate commercial practice. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2015 and joined our firm in 2019. 

Evangelos’ private client’s practice involves advising clients on estate planning issues, succession, and family law, and has experience on projects involving complex cases of cross-border regulation across the EU.

Evangelos’ practice also focuses on corporate and commercial dispute resolution with a cross-jurisdictional angle to serve the needs of international clients in Greece and Greek clients with interests abroad. He advises and represents national and international individuals and companies in business and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has participated in complex cross-border litigation cases and has experience of all stages of the litigation process from initial pre-action advice to trial. 

In addition, Evangelos is involved in corporate transactions, including drafting commercial contracts and advising corporate clients on cross-jurisdictional contract law and consumer protection issues. Evangelos has provided advice on contractual terms to mitigate regulatory risks and has advised clients on the particularities of the applicability of contract laws in different European jurisdictions.

Evangelos is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek, English and French.
