Environment, Energy, Public Procurement and Real Estate Law
Georgia Koui is an associate of our administrative practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm within the same year.
Georgia focuses on energy, environmental and land planning matters while she also regularly advises clients on public procurement law matters.
Georgia is often involved in the environmental due diligence of industrial and other sites to be acquired in Greece, while she regularly advises clients on the environmental, planning and zoning requirements associated with the establishment of industrial sites and energy projects such as wind and photovoltaic parks. Georgia’s environmental law practice includes advising international and domestic clients on the administrative requirements and restrictions relating to the acquisition and development of real estate property in Greece.
Georgia is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek, English and German.
