Mary Georgiou is a member of our corporate commercial practice. She was admitted to the Piraeus Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2016.
Mary focuses in dispute resolution, real estate and corporate law. Before joining our firm Mary worked for the Bank of Greece as a trainee lawyer. She advises international and domestic clients on real estate matters such as purchase and sale of properties and commercial and residential lease agreements. She also has significant experience in the due diligence of real estate portfolios and regularly advises clients with respect to issues pertaining to the lawful transfer of title. Mary represents clients on a regular basis before the First Instance Court with respect to the establishment of in rem securities, disputes arising from breach of contract, recovery of debts and claims and tort.
Mary is admitted before the Court of First Instance and works in Greek and English.
