Olga Maria Kyritsi is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2010 and joined our firm in 2019.
Olga Maria focuses her practice on domestic and international commercial and civil dispute resolution. Her practice involves advising and representing clients on a broad variety of disputes concerning distribution, agency, franchise and commercial lease agreements, having at the same time significant experience in drafting and negotiating such contracts. She regularly represents clients before the court on debt collection cases. As part of her private clients practice, she has experience in estate planning projects of high net worth individuals and advisory work with respect to inheritance, family and real estate law.
Olga Maria has also been regularly involved in energy related matters, having conducted several due diligence exercises concerning the purchase of P/V plants and wind parks of high value in Greece, also taking part in the negotiation and closing of energy deals. Her relevant experience consists of handling licensing procedures before the Greek Regulatory Authority of Energy and advising energy producers, suppliers and consumers with regard to a vast range of electricity, RES and natural gas issues.
Olga Maria is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek, English, Spanish and French.
