Panagiotis Tsirogiannis is a senior associate of our corporate commercial practice. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2007 and joined our firm in 2019.

Panagiotis focuses on corporate, commercial law, business crimes and compliance. He advices international companies on Anti-Bribery, corruption and Anti-Money Laundering relating issues. He has wide experience in the review and assessment of corporate risk policies and procedures aiming at minimizing risk exposure in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations. He also engaged in the management of risk assessment due diligence processes including third party vendor assessments. 

Panagiotis is also engaged in the assessment of design and operational effectiveness of the respective regulatory aspects in terms of processes, governance, roles and responsibilities, as well as the implementation of compliance programs, controls, procedures and operational changes in order to prevent, detect and respond to fraud, waste, abuse and non-compliance.

Another area in which Panagiotis has an extensive experience is the advice and coordination of legal and contractual strategies and actions at corporate, regional and project level. Review of contracts in accordance with Contracting Principles, preparation of contractual qualifications, negotiation of contracts, preparation and negotiation of joint venture and other agreements are some fields in which Panagiotis specializes.

Panagiotis is a Certified Member of Project Management Institute (PMI) as Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP). He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) of Association of Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe (CIPP/E) of International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).  

Panagiotis is admitted before the Court of Appeals and works in Greek, English and French.
